Hello  from the great state of Minnesota. I always say the great state of Minn. when I introduce myself at NAHB meetings. Because it truly is a great state, except for the weather from November thru March. I am excited to be the 2010 Chair of the CGR Board of Governors. I am the owner (along with my beautiful wife Tama) of Greg E. Theis Remodeling. We are celebrating 25 years in the business in 2010. We also run a Handyman, and Home Inspections Company.

My Vice-Chairman is Daryl Kemp CGR, CAPS from Elburn, Ill.  It is always good to have a chair from a different part of the country along with diverse demographics from the rest of the board, thus allowing us to get a good feel for what is going on around the country, and working hard to set the bar for professionalism.

In conclusion, let's work together to grow this great organization and increase the number of  CGR’s and other designations. Let's encourage the new company’s that have joined your local HBA’s to further pursue their education in this great industry.
